Four examples

The team designed and delivered a programme to  develop international trade finance specialists and their managers in an international bank.  The programme was delivered in over 30 countries from Latin and North America, across Europe and through APAC.

As part of a key account management programme we coached the Global relationship Leaders in this top tier international insurers.  These high-level individuals were based in UK, US, DACH and Southern Europe.

Working with one of Europe’s leading insurers we ran programmes for direct selling teams, distribution managers and agents covering life and non-life in Italy, CEE, UK, Ireland and Netherlands. We also built and executed a competence framework and contributed to their Global Executive Forum for their top 100 managers.

Our team designed and delivered a hybrid programme involving digital learning, in-person workshops and corporate actors to enable an Employee Benefits specialist move from a “sell in” model to a “sell out model” partnering with intermediaries to the benefit of clients, their employees, the intermediaries and the business itself.
