One programme, many countries
Global sales leaders want a consistent way of selling across every market. Country teams want training that reflects their customers, their language and their buying culture. A multi-country programme has to deliver both.
Gyroscope International is built for this. Each of our consultants runs an owner-managed business in their own country or region, and together we provide full international coverage with consultants resident in 40+ countries. A central design team builds your framework and materials. Local trainers then adapt examples, case studies and roleplays so that every session feels relevant to the people in the room.
How the delivery model works
- One programme lead owns design, scheduling, quality and reporting, so you have a single point of contact for every country.
- A common framework gives every team the same selling language, tools and standards, translated and localised where needed.
- Resident trainers deliver workshops in the local language, with first-hand knowledge of local customers and business culture.
- Hybrid learning combines in-person workshops, digital learning on the Sales Performance Platform, virtual Sales Gym workouts and AI roleplay with Skeells.
- Managers as coaches keep new behaviours alive between sessions, supported by structured coaching insight.
Multi-country programmes our teams have delivered
Examples are anonymised to respect commercial sensitivities and NDAs.
- A programme for international trade finance specialists and their managers in an international bank, delivered in over 30 countries across Latin and North America, Europe and APAC.
- Core selling skills delivered in local languages for an animal health company in seven European countries and two Asia-Pacific countries, now in its third year.
- The Sales Gym methodology for medical devices sales teams in 17 countries.
- Programmes for direct sales teams, distribution managers and agents at one of Europe's leading insurers, covering Italy, CEE, the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands, plus a competence framework.
- Key account management coaching for the Global Relationship Leaders of an international insurer, based in the UK, US, DACH and Southern Europe.
Measuring results across every market
Sales teams forget around 80% of what they learn within 30 days unless it is reinforced, so we plan reinforcement and measurement from the start. We use the Learning-Transfer Evaluation Model (LTEM) to track what matters: decision-making competence through scenarios and AI roleplays, task competence in workshops and coaching, behavioural change on the job through manager observations and CRM data, and the link to commercial results.
Reporting is consolidated across countries, so you can compare progress by market, see where managers need more support and show the business what the programme has delivered.
What to look for in an international training partner
Running training in many countries is a coordination task as much as a learning task. Before choosing a provider, check that they can show you the following.
- Resident trainers in your markets. Trainers who live in your markets understand customers, competitors and business culture, and they can deliver in the language your salespeople think in.
- One accountable lead who briefs every trainer, protects the standard and reports progress across all countries.
- Sector experience. Our consultants bring hands-on experience in sectors including Health & Life Sciences, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Technology and Professional Services.
- A plan for reinforcement, through manager coaching, digital learning and AI practice, so the programme lasts beyond the workshop.
- Measurement agreed up front, so country leaders know what success looks like before delivery starts.
Programmes can cover any combination of our solutions, including value selling, key account management, sales leadership and the Sales Gym.
