What our sales consultancy covers
Skills training only pays back when the system around salespeople supports them. Our consultancy spans the entire sales ecosystem:
- Sales process design that reflects how your customers buy.
- Sales and marketing integration so both functions work from shared targets and definitions.
- Sales organisation architecture, including roles, coverage models and team structures.
- Sales enablement, giving teams the content, tools and coaching to sell effectively.
- Sales compensation that rewards the behaviours and results you need.
- Growth-focused commercial strategy, including go-to-market choices for segments and channels.
Who you work with
Our consultants are former sales leaders, operational specialists and senior executives with hands-on experience across Health & Life Sciences, Technology, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Professional Services and other demanding sectors. We act as trusted advisors to Sales Leaders and Chief Revenue Officers, with an approach rooted in evidence and focused on value-added outcomes.
Many have led sales organisations themselves, including as Chief Revenue Officers, sales directors and fractional CROs, so recommendations are grounded in what works in practice and what sales teams will accept.
How a transformation engagement runs
Most engagements begin with a diagnostic, using our FIT2SELL or FIT4KAM methodology, to agree the As Is and the Should Be. We then build a costed, prioritised Master Plan and support implementation, combining structural change with the training, coaching and measurement needed for people to work in new ways.
This joined-up approach matters. In one hybrid Partnering for Success programme, a client achieved €10.8 million of incremental annual income after 15 months.
Sales transformation across countries
Multinationals often need a common sales model that still works in very different markets. Our consultants are resident in 40+ countries, so local realities such as channel structures, customer expectations and employment practices inform the design from the start. One lead consultant coordinates the work, and local consultants support country teams through implementation in their own language.
Implementation is supported with training, coaching and measurement, so new structures and processes are adopted in every country and used day to day.
Common consultancy questions we help answer
Every engagement is different, but sales leaders often bring us questions such as these:
- Is our sales process aligned with how customers buy, and do salespeople follow it?
- Do we have the right roles and coverage model for each segment, from key accounts to smaller customers and channel partners?
- Does our compensation plan reward the behaviours our strategy needs?
- Are sales and marketing working from the same definitions of a good lead and a qualified opportunity?
- What enablement do salespeople need to sell a new offer or enter a new market?
We answer these with evidence from your own organisation and with practical experience from other sectors. Cross-fertilisation is central to our work: insights from regulated markets sharpen our work in fast-moving industries, and lessons from technical solution selling improve results in price-sensitive environments.
