Sales performance: stronger skills, better execution, consistent results

Most sales teams know what good selling looks like. The challenge is doing it consistently, in every conversation and every deal. Our sales performance programmes build the skills, behaviours and commercial discipline that turn effort into results.

Why sales performance stalls

Customers are better informed, buying groups are larger and sales cycles are longer. Salespeople have to prepare more, qualify harder and prove value in every meeting. When results plateau, the cause is rarely a lack of knowledge. It is inconsistent execution: discovery skipped under pressure, weak next steps, pipelines full of deals that will never close.

Traditional training alone does not fix this. A two-day workshop raises awareness, but behaviours only change when people practise, get feedback and apply the method on real opportunities.

What your salespeople develop

  • Prospecting and first contact: target the right accounts, open conversations and earn the next meeting.
  • Discovery and needs analysis: question, listen and reformulate before presenting a solution.
  • Value and insight: build the business case and differentiate on value rather than price.
  • Presenting with impact: deliver presentations and demonstrations that move decisions forward.
  • Objections and closing: handle resistance and secure clear, committed next steps.
  • Hybrid selling: sell with equal impact face-to-face, on video and on the phone.

Each module is tailored to your market, your sales process and your customers, from half a day to two days.

Commercial discipline, not just skills

Skills only produce results when they are part of how the team works every week. We help you build the routines that sustain performance: opportunity qualification, pipeline reviews, account and territory planning, and activity management. Sales managers learn to coach to the same model, so the method shows up in one-to-ones and deal reviews, not only in the training room.

Your models, not ours. Many organisations already have a sales methodology, a CRM process or their own training content. We build on them in a flexible way, instead of replacing them with a rigid, proprietary system, so your teams learn one consistent way of selling.

How the programme runs

We start with a diagnosis: interviews, field observation and, where useful, an online assessment of skills and behaviours. This shows where performance is being lost and sets a baseline.

We then design a programme around your priorities, mixing workshops, virtual sessions from The Sales Gym and practice on live opportunities. Between sessions, salespeople rehearse key conversations with Skeells, our AI practice platform, and receive instant feedback. Skeells complements, and never replaces, the coaching provided by trainers and sales managers.

Managers follow up in the field, observe real customer meetings and prescribe specific micro-actions for each salesperson.

How we measure results

We measure impact with the Learning-Transfer Evaluation Model (LTEM), from task competence through to behaviour change and commercial results. Typical indicators include conversion rates, average deal size, pipeline quality and activity levels, agreed with you at the start of the programme and tracked through your CRM.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from your international programmes?

Our international programmes describe how we coordinate one programme across many countries. Sales performance is about what your salespeople learn and do differently. The two often go together: a sales performance programme can be delivered in one team or rolled out internationally.

Who is a sales performance programme for?

Field sales, inside sales and account teams who need to win more of the right deals, as well as the managers who coach them.

How long does a programme last?

It depends on your goals. Most combine a few workshop days with several weeks or months of practice, coaching and reinforcement, so new behaviours become habits.

What role does AI play?

Skeells lets salespeople practise realistic sales conversations at any time and get immediate feedback. It reinforces what is learned in workshops and field coaching; it does not replace trainers or managers.
