Why a digital learning journey
Stand-alone training events often have limited impact, and online learning on its own has delivered less than it promised. Hybrid learning for hybrid selling works: the platform brings training and coaching together and keeps people learning between live sessions.
- Little and often. Short modules that fit around selling time.
- Applied straight away. Every module ends with a micro-action in the field.
- Coached. Managers follow up and reinforce what people learn.
How content is organised
- Programme. A complete learning journey designed to master a subject, for example Ten Steps to Sales Success.
- Course. A focused 60–90 minute block within a programme.
- Module. A 2–4 minute video on a single skill.
- Micro-action. An activity to lock in the learning on the job.
Learners also use AI practice, decision-making scenarios, quizzes, summary sheets, memory prompts and leader boards that keep engagement high.
A typical journey
- Diagnose. Quick Scan, FIT2SELL capability assessment, internal assessments or Skeells, to agree priorities and how results will be measured.
- Adapt. Use existing modules, adapt them to your context or build new ones.
- Engage. A kick-off, from a virtual session to a boot camp, so everyone understands the why and the practicalities.
- Core digital learning. A first tranche of modules and micro-actions, typically 60 minutes a week for about five weeks.
- Momentum workshop. Share successes, address barriers and keep people engaged.
- Reinforce. A second tranche of modules and micro-actions, then ongoing coaching and measurement of impact.
Preparation typically takes 4–12 weeks and the programme itself around 12 weeks.
Three ways to use it
- On the Sales Performance Platform. We integrate new and existing content into one digital journey.
- Stand-alone. We provide the content for you to use on your own learning platform.
- Through Skeells. Learners access content and micro-actions in the Skeells coaching app, with AI role-play practice.
Results: a manufacturing example
In a hybrid sales transformation project for a manufacturing company, 30 people were trained. The value of the 12-month order book grew from €482k in April to €1,327k in December. €1,190,000 of increased net sales was attributed to the programme, with 15 examples of a direct link between changed actions and incremental sales: a return of 10:1 on the external investment and 6:1 gross.
